Practicing Resurrection = Breaking Barriers

The celebration of Resurrection Sunday at The Well was full of excitement. The long, reflective journey through Lent gave way to  much anticipated joy as we arrived at the empty tomb.So, where do we go from here?  While Easter is a pivotal day in the life of faith, it can also mislead us into thinking we have reached our destination.  In reality, though, there is much more that lies ahead.  It is time to practice  resurrection.Over these next couple of months, we will move through stories from scripture that reveal God as One who breaks barriers.  We will explore the barriers we encounter in our own lives  - like the places we feel stuck and the obstacles we repeatedly come up against.  We will also explore which particular barriers we feel called to confront as we try to practice the way of Jesus together.I hope you can join us as we eat with one another, serve with our neighbors and worship together.  Click on the calendar at the bottom of our home page to see where and when we will be meeting together.Peace + love + anticipation.Susan
