Our "Well Transition Team" (Annie, Mary Elizabeth, Patti, Charlie, Linda, Justin, Deb and Susan) was affirmed at our community meeting on March 21st. Our first meeting is happening on Tuesday, April 2nd at 6 p.m. at the Sanctuary on 8th St. (graphic attached)
