Join us from 6:00-6:45 pm on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month for a meditation practice together. Unless otherwise announced, we will meet at Deb’s house (5353 Betty Ann Lane). Please bring your own pillow or chair to be comfortable. Here is some meditation etiquette to help you prepare:
Enter into the space quietly.
Save your conversation for after you leave the meditation and the space.
Turn off the ringer on your cell phones and put them away when you enter the space.
Be mindful of the quiet space and the need to create a distraction-free environment.
