Join us for a contemplative forest walk + fall equinox dinner Saturday, September 21 at 3 p.m. We'll meet at the Timucuan Preserve Theodore Roosevelt entrance and our walk, led by Matt Colaciello, will last about 90 minutes and include lots of pauses. We will return to Overalls Farm 1 in Springfield to celebrate the fall equinox while making "stone soup" together. If you want to meet us for dinner only, we plan to be back at the farm by 5:30 p.m. Stone soup originated from a story of how a community came together to feed and nurture one another through sharing. That's exactly what we'll do. Please bring a CHOPPED veggie to add to the soup & whatever else you want to bring (appetizers, dessert, bread, etc.). Walkers, make sure to wear your walking shoes and bring a folding chair & bug spray.
