Re-thinking Faith

The Well at Springfield 32206From the beginning of time, human beings have struggled to find a way to think and talk about God.  Whether you consider yourself to be a follower of Christ (or not), whether you are part of a faith community (or not), there is a way in which all of us are seeking ways to relate to our Creator God.  We long to see and experience a Divine Presence, to be connected to something beyond us, beyond this world.  Sometimes in our efforts to connect, we violate the very mystery and beauty of God by narrowly making claims on who and what God is for and against, on how best to honor God.Throughout the month of June, we will be coming together for worship and weekly discussions centered around "Re-thinking faith".  With so many mis-representations of what it means to follow Christ, we believe that faith challenges us to re-evaluate, to re-imagine, to re-think...how we worship, how we relate to creation, how we talk and think about salvation.  Join us as we think together, and as we respond to God's ever-present Spirit at work among us.
